Cancellation Policy
100% Refund if cancelled 24 hours after booking
50% Refund if cancelled 30 days before reservation
No Refund if cancelled less than 30 days before reservation
Pet Policy
There is a $100.00 fee per pet. Pets MUST be approved by Management prior to your arrival, be well-trained, and cannot disturb other guests. Please clean up after your pet. You will be responsible for damages to the cabins, other guest or property and/or additional cleaning charges. Your credit card will be billed for such damages or cleaning charges if other arrangements are not made. If you choose to break this policy, you will be asked to leave and there is no refunds due you.
Any non-authorized pets will be subject to an additional $200.00 charge.
Smoking Policy
All of our cabins are non-smoking, you must smoke outside of the cabin. Please use ash trays and do not put butts on ground. Please help us prevent forest fires. There is a $200.00 fee if this policy is violated. Thank You!
Adverse Weather
In the case of inclement weather such as snow, high winds, tornadoes, lightning strikes, forest fires, etc., if Backroads Inn and Cabins is unable to offer power, water, or access to the property by the 4:00 pm, the guest will have the option to receive a refund for that night’s stay. The condition of the cabins and the property will be accessed on a day-to-day basis.

1. Acceptance The Use Of Backroads Inn and Cabins Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of Backroads Inn and Cabins is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.
2. Credit card details
Stripe currently provides a payment platform for the payment of rents related to real property via debit card or credit card to property owners and managers and their respective tenants (the “Services”). The Services are provided in accordance with the Customer Agreement entered into by the property owners and Stripe.
3. LEGAL ADVICE
The contents of Backroads Inn and Cabins website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.
All material contained on Backroads Inn and Cabins is provided without any or warranty of any kind. You use the material on Backroads Inn and Cabins at your own discretion.
